Questions

Anything not covered here, ask in the form above and you'll get a straight answer.

How much does a website cost? +

Packages currently start from £500, with larger websites and ecommerce projects priced according to their requirements.

Do I need to pay everything upfront? +

No. Standard projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance payable before launch. Larger projects may use milestone payments.

How long does a website take? +

It depends on size, functionality and how quickly content and feedback come back. You'll get an estimated schedule before work begins.

Do I own my website and domain? +

Once the project is paid in full, the completed website is yours, subject to the licence terms of any third-party themes, plugins, fonts or stock assets used. We recommend you stay the registered owner of your domain — we'll configure and manage it technically if needed.

Do you provide hosting? +

We recommend suitable website hosting and assist with setup and management. Clients may initially pay their hosting provider directly. Managed hosting may also be offered depending on the package.

Can you update or fix an existing website? +

Yes — support, troubleshooting, maintenance and improvement work. One-off website work is generally charged from £60 per hour.

Do you provide SEO? +

Packages include basic technical and on-page SEO setup. Ongoing SEO campaigns and content strategy are separate. Search-engine rankings can't be guaranteed by anyone.

Can you write the content and supply images? +

Packages assume you supply written content unless copywriting is included — it can be quoted separately. You can supply your own photography, or we can source licensed imagery or create custom AI-assisted visuals as an additional service.

What counts as a minor website change? +

Text amendments, replacing supplied images, updating opening hours and other small content changes. New pages, redesigns, new functionality and extensive development aren't minor changes.

Are prices subject to VAT? +

Prices shown are the prices you pay. Domain registration is normally separate, hosting may be separate unless explicitly included, and third-party licences, premium plugins or paid stock imagery may carry additional charges.
